MDC Faculty Development
The Title V–Retooling Science program will provide professional development activities for North Campus mathematics and science faculty and staff. These workshops will provide training and resources to respond effectively to student diversity in learning styles, cultural distinctions and language needs.
The Summer Diversity Institutes and Technology Seminars will provide faculty and staff with the necessary tools to improve classroom effectiveness.
Other professional development activities will help establish an instructional and learning environment that recognizes diversity and caters to the multicultural student population at the North Campus.
