Unofficial Transcript | Official Transcript

All students will be charged a $5 fee for each official transcript.  However, any student that graduates after April 28, 2007  from a Bachelor’s, Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS), or Certificate program will be entitled to three free official transcripts.   After the first 3 official transcripts (or if NOT yet graduated) all students will be charged $5 per transcript.   

Official transcripts take 2 business days to process.

NOTE: MDC is unable to honor e-mail or telephone requests for transcripts. 

If you would like to send or receive a copy of your official MDC transcript, you may request this on the web, at any MDC campus registrar's office in person, by mail, or by fax.

Click here to print a transcript order form. Please be sure to sign and also attach a valid picture id with signature (such as your Driver's license) with the request.

If you have an outstanding obligation to Miami Dade College you will be unable to receive and/or send your official transcript until the obligation has been satisfied. Obligations to the College include (but are NOT limited to) unpaid fees, overdue loans, defaulted loans, library books, audiovisual and/or athletic equipment borrowed and never returned, or any other obligations owed to the College.

Miami Dade College complies with all federal regulations regarding the release of student educational records as established by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
