Robert Lescano is a 30+yr veteran in the technology industry.  He currently leads the AWS Professional Services business in AWS in the Southeast. This includes a territory of 4,000 customers across 11 states. He leads a team of professionals responsible for working with the largest customers and their business outcomes since he joined 2+ years ago.  At AWS, Robert created the Male Ally Community and Program, within Professional Services to engage in supporting women in gender equality. He is also the co-founder of the LatinX Community and Program in the same division.  Prior to AWS, Mr. Lescano worked for DMI, Digital Management Inc, for 2 years. Prior to DMI, Mr. Lescano worked for Microsoft Enterprise Services for 22 years in a wide variety of field and headquarter roles. Mr. Lescano brings a breadth and depth of leadership experience in the enterprise, having led small, medium and large teams domestically and internationally.  He is very passionate about developing leadership talent, gender equality and creating and developing diverse teams. Mr. Lescano is originally from Peru. He immigrated to the US a few decades ago and currently lives in Florida.
